Senior HR Advisor - 12 month fixed term contract
Richmond upon Thames - 2-3 days a week
c. £45,000 plus bonus

Areas of Responsibility:
* Partner with Heads of Department to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
* Support performance management, learning initiatives, and career development across all levels
* Deliver expert guidance on employee relations, compliance, and wellbeing
* Track, analyse and report on HR metrics including headcount and talent mapping
* Champion inclusive practices and contribute to CSR and culture-building activities
* Act as a trusted point of contact for managers and staff, while proactively improving HR operations
What You'll Bring:
* 4+ years of generalist HR experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset and a collaborative approach
* Confident communicator with the ability to coach and influence at all levels
