School Administrator | Chichester | £13.68 - £15.00 per hour | Temporary | Full TimeThis school is seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive School Administrator to join their busy school office team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the school and providing excellent service to staff, students, and visitors.Key Responsibilities
* Manage reception duties and act as the first point of contact for visitors.
* Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
* Maintain accurate student records and attendance data using SIMS or similar systems.
* Provide administrative support to teaching staff and senior leadership.
* Assist with school communications, letters, filing, and event coordination.
* Always ensure confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a school or busy office environment.
* Strong IT skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Knowledge of SIMS, Arbor, or similar school database systems.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain).
