Joining an established and collegiate team of talent acquisition specialists, this role is pivotal in coordinating recruitment activities and supporting the firm's ambitious growth agenda. Responsible for supporting: (1) the delivery of effective and high-quality talent acquisition processes and (2) global recruitment operations firmwide.
You will join a globally connected HR Group which is spread across our London, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, Dubai, Dublin and Warsaw offices. The teams include Resourcing, Early Careers Learning and Development, Reward, HR Operations HR Business Partnering and Responsible Business. The Resourcing Team is led by the Head of Resourcing with the support of a Senior Manager, Resourcing Operations Manager, 1 Resourcing Manager, 4 Senior Advisors, 1 Advisor, 2 Assistants and an Apprentice.

What You'll Do:
A super user for our Recruitment system and an account lead for our external job boards responsible for ensuring our career opportunities are maintained and published effectively.
• Scheduling interviews, diary management, and facilitations of ad hoc recruitment events
• Act as a proactive problem solver, identifying and addressing challenges within the recruitment process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Generation of recruitment paperwork and collateral, including templated offer letters, contracts of employment and recruitment materials within our intranet and other sites.
• Production of regular reports, using the recruitment system, so the team can monitor recruitment activity, success rates, agency performance and the diversity of our candidate pipeline
Who We're Looking For:
• Previous experience working in an administrative role, ideally (but not essential) with some exposure to recruitment
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests, such as rearranging interviews and co-ordinating schedules
• The ability to interact professionally and credibly with candidates, internal and external clients and suppliers
• Highly computer literate with Microsoft Office skills, ideally including experience of using an Applicant Tracking System
• An ability to problem solve, willingness to get involved and show initiative
• Be a collaborate, team player
