Up to £38,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or car allowance & home-based contract

What you'll be doing:
* Scope out, hunt, and seal deals with new independent business opportunities while maintaining a healthy pipeline.
* Build strong connections with independent players in the local food market using your curiosity for all things foodie.
* Create bespoke culinary propositions to help our customers save time and money.
* Drive growth by hitting profit targets and being rewarded accordingly.
* Welcome new clients professionally, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued, with support from your Area Sales Manager.
* Monitor competition and market trends to provide the hottest solutions and insights from the world's biggest food wholesaler.
* Achieve market goals confidently and effectively.
What we are looking for:
Ideally, you'll have a background in Field Sales, but this isn't essential.
We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, driven and ambitious to make a difference by delivering against targets.
Being confident in the field and customer-focused is essential.
We offer a comprehensive induction program to train you on our products and business, so food service or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
