What you'll do:
Handle complaints from customers, tenants, and stakeholders with professionalism and efficiency.
Investigate issues, liaise with internal teams, and ensure resolutions are delivered.
Keep accurate records and manage documentation.
Help organise and attend social value events, representing the company in the community.
Provide general admin support to keep the team running smoothly.
What we're looking for:
Strong customer service experience-you know how to deal with people!
Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
Previous admin or social housing experience is a bonus but not essential.
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
Confident attending events and engaging with a variety of stakeholders
