The Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you'll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier talent for quant trading firms. You’ll operate fully remotely, with the freedom to build your desk while being backed by a client that truly understands the nuances of the market.
This role is ideal for experienced recruiters who thrive in high-performance environments and want the flexibility of remote work without sacrificing connection or compensation.
What You Need
* 2+ years’ experience recruiting in the quant trading or financial markets (must-have)
* Strong market knowledge and network in quant, HFT, trading, or hedge fund recruitment
* Proven success placing mid-senior to executive-level candidates
* Self-driven, accountable, and delivery-focused
* Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a team environment
