Job title: Support worker-Nights only
Location: Congleton
Hours: Night- 12-hour shifts
Salary: £12.50 per hour

Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, we have an opportunity to join our team to provide support to one of our amazing clients with high levels of care and support. Your role as a support worker will be crucial in helping our clients lead a fulfilling and independent life.
Duties include, but not limited to:
* Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
* Develop and implement individualised support plans
* Promote independence and encourage community engagement
* Ensure the property remains safe and secure
* Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 months UK experience as a support worker with experience supporting those with Autism, high levels of anxiety, schizoaffective disorder.
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* All roles are subject to an enhanced satisfactory DBS
* You must be attentive, empathetic and high levels of attention to detail
