3. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
4. Conduct bank and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial data.
5. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
6. Credit control
7. Processing journals
8. VAT returns
9. Provide general support to the Accounting & Finance team as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
10. A background in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
11. Studying towards relevant finance qualification
12. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
13. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
