We’re looking for reliable and skilled Grounds Maintenance Operatives to support the delivery of high-quality grounds services across Weston-Super-Mare. What you’ll be responsible for: Carrying out routine and specialist grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, spraying, pruning, and litter picking. Operating a range of equipment and machinery safely and effectively. Maintaining tools, vehicles, and PPE to a high standard and reporting any defects. Recording completed work using mobile technology (training provided). Working collaboratively with your team to meet quality and performance targets.
