Casual Community Sports Coach Qualified Level 1 - £13.26 per hour Qualified Level 2 - £14.26 per hour Dumfries and Galloway Council aim to encourage more people of all ages and abilities to actively participate in sport and physical activity. The Active Schools and Community Sport Team are seeking to recruit additional qualified coaches to deliver within our Active Schools programme on a casual basis across different locations within our local authority. Working with the team to deliver sport and activity sessions as part of our programme. We are looking for coaches that are enthusiastic and of a pleasant manner to coach a range of sports and activities including: badminton, netball, dance, cycling, rugby, racket sports, cricket, athletics and multi-sport sessions. UKCC Level 1 or 2 qualification or equivalent # A current driving licence would be an advantage. The delivery and instruction of activities will take place during the daytime, after school sessions, evenings and weekends for which this rate of pay is inclusive. This post is considered as Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
