Goodman Masson are exclusively partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed Media business to hire a talented Finance Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling, highly profitable company where you’ll take a lead role in shaping the finance function during a critical phase of expansion.
Reporting directly to the Finance Controller, you’ll manage a team of 2, leading on financial & management reporting, FP&A, and audit. This is a broad, hands-on role with real influence – ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make change.
The business are looking for a recently qualified Auditor who wants to transition across into a varied position in industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead delivery of statutory and management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
* Oversee financial reporting, tax, audit, treasury, and internal controls
* Drive finance transformation, improving systems, processes, and controls
* Manage FP&A processes
* Maintain cash flow visibility and support working capital management
* Lead on VAT submissions and tax compliance
* Provide strategic business partnering to divisional leaders and non-finance teams
* Be a key driver of financial discipline and control across the business
About You:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) - ideally straight from Audit/Practice.
* A hands-on leader with strong technical background
* Prior experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
* Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas)
* Strong communicator who can build trust across finance and non-finance
* A natural problem solver – proactive, solutions-driven and process-focused
