The Role As TA Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activity across a range of operational and corporate functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver effective and innovative talent acquisition strategies. You will play a vital role in building talent pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting the organisation's ongoing growth plans. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a high volume of vacancies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance checks, offer management, and onboarding. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements across the business. Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other direct recruitment channels. Build effective working relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and provide expert recruitment advice. Collaborate with HR and operational teams to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process. Support workforce planning initiatives by identifying future hiring needs and developing proactive attraction strategies. Monitor labour market trends and recruitment data to continuously improve sourcing methods and hiring outcomes. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity using the organisation's recruitment systems. Ensure all recruitment processes are delivered in line with employment legislation, internal policies, and agreed service standards. Promote and enhance the organisation's employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, ideally gained in the construction, engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors. Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and build relationships at all levels. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
