Haulfryn has a fantastic opportunity to lead an established and experienced Reception and Customer Relations team at Finlake Holiday Park in delivering premium service!

As a Customer Relations Manager you will:
* Oversee the resolution of
customer complaints to ensure great customer experience
* Collect and analyse customer
complaint data and implement key actions to ensure root causes are known and
action plans are put in place to ensure continuous improvement of service
* Look after the sublet team and
ensuring revenue is maximized for owners
* Ensure that Security Team
is supported in providing a safe and secure environment for all the owners and
guests
