We're looking for two Trainee Project Co-ordinator’s to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop valuable skills within a supportive business.
No previous project coordination experience is required – we'll provide training for the right person. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to stay organised.

Role Responsibilities:
* Answering and managing incoming telephone calls
* Sending emails and correspondence to clients and stakeholders
* Maintaining and filing project documentation and evidence
* Scheduling operative diaries and appointments
* Updating project trackers and administrative records
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure projects run smoothly
Role Criteria
Essential:
* Strong Excel skills (non-negotiable)
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* GCSE-level education or equivalent
* Strong attention to detail
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Desirable:
* Previous administration or office experience
* Experience using Microsoft Office packages
