Our Client: A fast growing life insurance business is seeking an experienced M&A Lawyer (9 PQE) to be the Head of Corporate Law for the team. This highly regarded institution operates on a global scale and has seen remarkable growth in recent years. Key Responsibilities: As the Lead for Corporate Law, you will play a critical role in supporting the business across diverse and high-impact projects. Your responsibilities will include: Providing expert legal advice on cross-border M&A deals and investments across the globe, helping the business achieve strategic objectives. Advising internal stakeholders on matters such as corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and other relevant legal issues. Monitoring and interpreting new laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure the business remains ahead of emerging developments. Qualifications & Experience: 9 years' PQE as a corporate/M&A lawyer in private practice or an in-house legal team.* Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a sharp eye for detail. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
