Commercial Property Fee Earner
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Contract Up to £38,000 per annum (DOE) + Benefits
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join its busy Property Department based in Liverpool City Centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters while working within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
You will manage a mixed caseload of commercial and residential property transactions, acting for a range of local and national clients while also supporting the development of new and existing business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions
* Handling sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing matters
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, transfer deeds, licences, and legal documentation
* Advising clients on legal fees, SDLT, and transaction costs
* Conducting searches and reviewing title documentation
* Liaising with lenders, clients, solicitors, and third parties
* Preparing reports on title and financial statements
* Completing SDLT/LTT forms and post-completion matters
* Assisting with business development and maintaining client relationships
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ recent experience within commercial property/conveyancing
* Ability to manage a caseload independently
* Strong drafting and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and client-care abilities
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
* Proactive and commercially aware approach
* Experience handling both commercial and residential property matters advantageous
