Due to the varied nature of the role, it may be subject to enhanced referencing or vetting.
Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day local/remote desktop support.
* Handle inbound calls and answer questions.
* Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
Qualifications
Good time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills.
