Review and interpret customer journey data to uncover trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Champion customer advocacy by leveraging insights and maintaining strong internal and external networks
Align processes and standards with regulatory expectations and evolving customer needs
Skilled in analysing complex data sets to extract clear, actionable customer insights
Strong risk mindset with the ability to identify, assess, and prioritise key exposures
Commercially aware and confident in navigating Consumer Duty requirements in a business context
