Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Oxford
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join a growing renewables company based in Oxford. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys working in a client-facing position, managing multiple projects and taking full ownership of customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
* Provide technical guidance and support to clients.
* Oversee project schedules, documentation, and progress tracking.
* Ensure clear communication between engineering, production, and commercial teams.
* Take full ownership of customer requirements and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
Skills & Experience Required
* Engineering background or degree (mechanical, electrical, or similar).
* Experience in a project engineering or technical coordination role.
* Confident and professional client-facing skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
