Are you a seasoned Ecommerce Specialist with a wealth of experience seeking new horizons? Look no further! We are in search of a dynamic individual to assume the role of Director of Ecommerce for a globally renowned F&B brand.
As the Director of Ecommerce, you will play a pivotal role in elevating online sales by leveraging your expertise in analysis and optimization. Spearheading the Digital and Marketing brand strategy, you will be at the forefront of ensuring outstanding performance for existing products and business models while uncovering opportunities for innovative propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Innovate the customer journey to enhance user experience.
2. Collaborate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with cross-functional teams supporting the eCommerce strategy.
3. Drive the implementation of new growth strategies, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
4. Elevate conversion rates and key metrics, leading initiatives in CRO optimization and utilizing Google Analytics for comprehensive analysis, spanning traffic conversion, site conversion, checkout, and platform behaviors.
5. Oversee all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce, effectively communicating pertinent information to team members, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners.
6. Develop annual P&L budgets to guide financial planning.
7. Implement strategies for sustained customer acquisition and retention.
The Ideal Candidate:
8. Extensive Ecommerce experience within the FMCG and F&B industries is essential.
9. Proficiency in SEO, broad knowledge of the Digital market, Advanced GA, and Analytic storytelling.
10. Proven track record in driving the commercial growth of Ecommerce delivery.
11. Experience with complex propositions and managing a varied customer base.
12. Strong analytical skills, particularly in handling large datasets.
13. Comfort and proficiency in constructing long-term strategies.
