Line Managers: Production Manager, Picking and Packing Supervisor
Summary of Duties:
· To ensure that all orders are dispatched on time in full. All orders must be 'fit to pick' and accurately packed to a high standard (in line with courier requirements) and meet exactly what is detailed on the order sheet
* To assist the manufacturing of our products via a batch sheet process
* To record all processes accurately using the Company systems
* To ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe and timely manner
Role:
To ensure that all sales orders are met on time in full and that the highest levels of safety are always adhered to.
To support the Warehouse Management team in manufacturing our products to the highest quality, working efficiently, safely and creating minimal waste.
To promote the Resincoat Brand by presenting our product to the highest standard through care & attention to detail adhering to the 'fit to be picked' mantra.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* To process the sales orders from the various platforms ensuring that they meet the dispatch criteria. All orders should be packed in accordance with the packing procedure and attention paid to ensure all products are packed correctly & no items are missed
* To weigh out & measure the components required for our products safely & accurately
* To carry out scheduled mixes of products as instructed and supervised by the Production Team Leader
* To record all mixes on the Operations Hub system accurately & fully
* To record all orders packed for dispatch on the Operations Hub system accurately & fully
* To be aware of the Warehouse KPI's and contribute to delivering targets
* To ensure the highest safety standards are employed at all times
* To improve and maintain the highest level of housekeeping possible
* To abide with Resincoat's ISO system and to carry out & participate in audits as per audit schedule
* To propose ways in which Resincoat's process may be improved to make the company more efficient and profitable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.19 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
