We’re on the lookout for a Field Service Technician to join our client, a leading eco-friendly manufacturing company.
This role will involve lots of travel across London and surrounding areas so a driving license and willingness to travel is required.
What you'll be doing:
* Install, maintain, and repair cutting-edge water treatment systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with precision
* Deliver top-notch customer service while working independently on customer sites
* Travel to various client locations, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards
What we’re looking for?
* A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
* A knack for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Relevant experience or qualifications in plumbing, electrical or mechanical engineering is a plus
* Experience within the water softener industry/water softener diagnostics skills would be useful but is not required as full training would be given
