IT Support Engineer – Windows 11 Deployment (SC Cleared)

We are seeking
SC Cleared IT Support Engineers
to support a high-profile Windows 11 laptop deployment project. This is a field-based role, requiring travel across London, the South East, East of England, North East, and North West to deliver deskside support and end-user device deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out
onsite laptop handovers for highly secured customers
, ensuring smooth deployment of Windows 11 devices.
* Deliver around
40 handovers per engineer during the project
, completing at least
3 handovers each week
.
* Manage scheduled appointments and provide onsite deskside support.
* Perform device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting as required.
* Follow documented processes for end-to-end device deployment.
* Liaise with the central technical team for support during deployment days.
* Maintain accurate records of all appointments and handovers.
* Deploy laptops across multiple sites nationwide, using trolleys and full toolkits provided.
Requirements:
* Active SC Clearance
(essential).
* Strong experience with
Windows 11 and Microsoft Office applications
(Outlook, OneDrive, etc).
* Proven deskside IT support experience with excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to follow structured setup processes and resolve issues on the day.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organised, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Willingness and flexibility to travel nationally, with start times as early as 8.00am.
* Full toolkit required.
