Agility is working with a North West-based Advisory Corporate Finance provider that offers corporates, private equity houses, owner-managers, and other clients a full suite of M&A services, advising on acquisitions, divestments, buy-outs, and capital raisings, many of which are cross-border or international.
The regional teams are geographically split and sector-agnostic, including Business Services, Consumer, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Real Estate, THL (Travel, Hospitality, and Leisure), and TMT.

Your role
The Corporate Finance team has enjoyed significant success and remains one of the most active in the region.
We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our growing team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting a range of buy-side and sell-side transactions.
* Managing daily transaction activities, including preparing information memoranda, management presentations, valuation analysis, and client communications.
* Conducting industry research for deal origination and transaction analysis.
* Performing valuation and financial modeling, including DCF and LBO analyses.
* Contributing to marketing and business development efforts.
* Working effectively within diverse teams in an inclusive culture that recognizes individual contributions.
We seek motivated, driven, individuals eager to learn, with good communication skills to interact with CEOs, MDs, and decision-makers. The work is challenging but rewarding, often requiring innovative solutions.
