What You’ll Be Doing: * Delivering excellent customer support via phone, email, and live chat * Advising customers on a wide range of home and commercial storage solutions * Processing phone orders and managing enquiries * Handling delivery issues and resolving complaints with care * Supporting the team with general admin tasks * Building strong product knowledge to support customers effectively What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in a customer service role (essential) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure * Computer literate and confident working as part of a team Location: Ideally based within a 10-15 mile radius of Writtle, Essex.
