* Competitive pay: Starting salary of £28,000, with on-target earnings of £34,000 (and the opportunity to earn even more).
* Clear progression: After 6 months, you’ll have the option to move into a Sales Executive role, with on-target earnings of £45,000+ plus a company car.

Work-life balance matters
* 40-hour work week (five 8-hour shifts).
* Most Saturdays are worked (our busiest day), but you’ll always get a weekday off.
* Sundays are yours — we’re closed, so you can truly recharge.
What you’ll do
* Arranging test drives.
* Helping customers find the right finance or accessories.
* Supporting customers online, in-store, over the phone, or by video.
You’ll be part of a team that values great communication, enjoys working with technology, and is committed to creating an outstanding customer experience.
What we’re looking for
* A full driving licence (manual & automatic).
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful — but not essential. If you’re people-focused and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
