Groundworks Foreman – Radlett
We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman for a full-time freelance role based in Radlett. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate, with a competitive rate paid depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential groundworks, with proven experience managing groundworks teams and maintaining high health & safety standards on site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Completing all Health & Safety paperwork relevant to site activities
* Conducting daily briefings and toolbox talks
* Allocating daily tasks and responsibilities to site teams
* Ensuring all works meet required safety and quality standards
* Managing works in line with the site programme to ensure timely completion
* Potential to travel to other sites following completion of the current project (optional)
Requirements to be successful Groundwork foreman candidate, you must have valid:
* Valid CSCS card
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* Right to Work in the UK.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Experience working on residential projects
