With a strong reputation, a loyal customer base and the launch of a powerful new product, this is a truly exciting time to join them. They are expanding their EMEA team and are looking for a talented Account Manager to take ownership of key enterprise relationships across Southern Europe.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Account Manager to join a business that is passionate about customer success. You will take responsibility for around 40 enterprise accounts across France, Italy, Spain and Portugal, worth approximately 1–1.5m ARR. Your focus will be on ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the platform, while driving renewals and identifying growth opportunities.
Working closely with senior leadership, product and solution engineers, you will become a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them deliver measurable business outcomes from their digital transformation investments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across Southern Europe
* Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels including IT, communications and executive sponsors
* Drive customer adoption and ensure measurable business value is delivered
* Lead quarterly business reviews and executive meetings, aligning solutions with client priorities
* Partner with technical teams to support adoption and customer enablement
* Capture client feedback and collaborate with product teams to shape future roadmap
* Provide accurate forecasts and visibility on renewals and upsells
* Play a key role in the adoption of a newly launched product with huge growth potential
About You
* Proven experience in SaaS account management, ideally within IT, video or observability solutions
* Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and deliver growth opportunities
* Familiarity with MEDDIC or MEDDICC methodology preferred but not essential
* Positive, curious and proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
* Fluent English is required, with French, Italian or Spanish highly desirable. Portuguese is a bonus
