Position Summary
Vits is a multi-national furniture brand operating in 90+ countries across four trading entities. The Head of Finance will own the full financial engine, ensuring a single source of financial truth for every country, every entity and every transaction. You will lead the finance team and partner with the business to develop the capital required for growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the financial engine of a micro-multinational with 90+ countries and four trading entities.
* Deliver swift month‑end close, sharp P&L and balance‑sheet reporting, multi‑currency cash‑flow management and annual forecasting.
* Lead statutory reporting, manage the auditor relationship and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Implement and optimise NetSuite for a multi‑entity, multi‑currency dotcom operation.
* Maintain a single source of financial truth across every country, entity and transaction.
* Nurture the finance team, setting high standards and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
* Meticulous by nature and commercially sharp.
* Comfortable working in the worlds of craft, design and architecture.
* Experience with multi‑entity, multi‑currency financial systems (NetSuite preferred).
* Strong understanding of statutory reporting, audit, and financial forecasting.
* Proven leadership experience within a finance team in a multi‑national context.
Salary & Benefits
Annual Salary: £70,000 – £110,000 (DOE). Benefits included.
