Rate: £28.31ph Umbrella (Inside IR35)
Start Date: 2nd October 2025 (TBC)
End Date: 5th April 2026
Hours: 36 hours per week / Thursday to Monday / 9am – 5pm (Including Bank Holidays and working over the Festive Period)
Job Description:
The candidate will join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It With Pride. Working as part of a cross functional team, you deliver the RDQ activities required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance and/or productivity projects with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience.

Responsibilities:
* Working as part of a cross functional team, you deliver the RDQ activities required to complete project and/or productivity projects with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience.
How you will contribute:
* With the support and guidance of a manager, you will organize and execute projects in line with client requirements, effectively communicating status and risks.
* You will plan and conduct projects in accordance with good manufacturing practice and GMP requirements and validation activities.
* You will also write technical reports that will require the analysis and interpretation of results and that lead to conclusions and recommendations and create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications.
Comments/Special Instructions:
* Extensive experience of GMP Microbiology background - recent experience being within the lab testing.
* Data reviewing & Validation experience preferred.
* Must be able to work Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas Period.
Experience:
* Strong experience in a GMP Pharmaceutical Microbiology Environment with testing and data review responsibilities is highly required for this role.
* Will have Line Management / People Management experience – do 1:1’s, etc.
* Must have a technical mind in Microbiology.
* Must have been a Line Manager of at least 1-2 people.
* This position is a Junior Team Leader Position, not a Manager/Senior Manager.
