Job Description

Lettings Branch Manager
* Annual Salary: £20,000 - £32,000 basic, OTE exceeding £50,000
* Location: Wolverhampton
* Job Type: Full-time

Join a leading estate agency as a Lettings Branch Manager and lead a dynamic team in Wolverhampton. This role offers a competitive salary with uncapped commission, a company car, and numerous opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Day-to-day of the role:
* Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to drive performance and achieve KPIs.
* Coach and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.
* Monitor and assess individual and team performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
* Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective relationship management with landlords and tenants.
* Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree on new tenancies, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
* Maintain high compliance standards and manage business risks by adhering to regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator level or higher.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively and build trust with customers, suppliers, and team members.
* Strong business acumen with the capability to create and implement effective business plans.
* Knowledge of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.
* Excellent time management skills to handle high volume workloads.
* Renowned for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, with strong IT skills.
* Attention to detail and a good telephone manner.
