A leading trade association is looking for someone to support their Chief Executive with a mix of diary management, governance support, and stakeholder coordination.
This is a varied role, ideal for someone confident working independently, managing multiple priorities, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities:
✔ Diary and inbox management
✔ Preparing agendas, papers and minutes
✔ Supporting governance and compliance
✔ Coordinating projects and communications
✔ Liaising with members and external stakeholders
