Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents to deliver quality care.
Responsibilities
* Develop tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments for residents
* Provide medicine safely and administer care to meet physical and mental needs
* Make critical clinical decisions and exercise professional judgment
* Create a safe and supportive environment for residents with diverse needs
* Deliver excellence across all tasks required by the role
Qualifications
* Current NMC registration
* Knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
* Experience producing well‑developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
* Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
* Current UK professional registration
