Look no further – The Ryan Centre in Stranraer features a 25m Swimming Pool with Leisure Water, Health Suite, Gameshall, 30 Station Profiles Plus Suite, SHOKK gym, Dance Studio, Softplay Area, Bar, Cinema and Theatre.
We wish to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic individual to work as part of our team, to undertake a full range of senior clerical duties as an integral part of our busy team.
You must be educated to Higher grade/ SVQ Level 2 in a related subject and have moderate experience working in an office environment. The successful candidate must be able to work to tight deadline and be experienced in processing financial documentation.
You must be a team player with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and be able to work with the minimum of supervision and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy. A sound understanding of Microsoft packages is essential. Knowledge of performance monitoring and health and safety is desirable.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, courteous, and polite and be able to demonstrate their discretion.
