UI/UX Design Manager - AI Powered (Relocation to Dubai)
Compensation: AED 25,000 - AED 35,000 per month + Up to 10% Performance Bonus. Total annual package: Up to AED 480,200 (Tax‑Free).

Role Overview
We’re seeking an AI‑first UI/UX Design Manager to lead our e‑commerce web design and transform our design process through AI integration. This role reports directly to the CEO and holds ownership of the design team’s creative workflow.

What You’ll Need
* 7–10 years in web design for e‑commerce, including 4+ years leading and managing a design team’s operations.
* A portfolio that shows shipped PDP/PLP/Checkout improvements tied to clear business metrics.
* Expertise in Figma (components, variables, Dev Mode); strong visual/motion craft and responsive‑design sensibility.
* Proven experience implementing GenAI tools into a professional design pipeline with prompt engineering, quality control and brand governance.
* Familiarity with AI‑shaped UX patterns: conversational search, assistant UI, recommendation modules, and their measurement.
* Comfort collaborating on experiments (A/B vs multi‑armed bandits) with Growth; understands trade‑offs between optimization speed and causal certainty.
* Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and SEO fundamentals for structured content and schema on e‑commerce sites.
