We are recruiting a Sous Chef for a fantastic opportunity to support the kitchen team at an excellent leisure and B&I venue in Glasgow. This is a great chance to work in a dynamic environment where quality, creativity, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. You'll help with menu execution, supervise kitchen staff, uphold food quality and safety standards, and step up to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is away. This role is ideal for a Sous Chef who has strong high-volume background and isn't afraid to get stuck in!
Sous Chef requirements:
* Experience within an in high volume, corporate culinary environment.
* Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
* Proven longevity and commitment within previous roles.
