We are looking for a warm, skilled, and inspiring Early Years Deputy Manager/Room Lead to help lead our exceptional Early Years team. Could that be you?
You will help to guide the day-to-day running of our thriving Nursery, ensuring that every child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn. Working with children aged 6 months to 4 years, you will help create joyful, curiosity-fuelled experiences that support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
This is a role for someone who loves Early Years education, leads with heart, and thrives in a nurturing, child-centred environment.

About the Role
Contract : Full-time, Term Time
Hours : 8:00am to 5:00 pm
Salar y: Competitive, dependent on experience
Start date : Immediate start available
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
* Supporting the Nursery Manager with the smooth running of the Nursery
* Ensuring a safe, welcoming, stimulating learning environment
* Leading, supporting, and mentoring staff across the setting
* Assisting with staff training, appraisals, and professional development
* Building strong relationships with parents and carers
* Helping to deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences
* Upholding the principles and statutory requirements of the EYFS
About You
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations
* Experience supervising or leading staff
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A calm, organised approach, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
