With strong brands, modern production sites and a broad distributor network, the business is continuing to expand its presence across the UK, Ireland and France.</p><p>Were looking for a senior Automotive Aftermarket Sales professional who can accelerate regional growth, strengthen relationships with distributors, and shape the commercial strategy across key markets.</p><p>If youre already well‑connected within the UK & Ireland automotive aftermarket, and ideally bring insight or relationships in France, this is a high‑impact role with genuine strategic influence.</p><h3>Whats on offer</h3><p>Salary: £65,000–£73,000 basic</p><p>Bonus: annual bonus equal to one months salary with ±20% adjustment based on performance</p><p>Benefits: Company car, 25 days holiday</p><p>Ideal locations: Manchester, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham, Oxford, Leicester, Coventry, Liverpool, Northampton, Derby, Stoke‑on‑Trent, Warrington, Reading</p><h3>The role</h3><p>As Senior Automotive Sales Manager, youll take ownership of driving growth across the region, developing distributor performance, and deepening customer intimacy in line with the wider automotive strategy.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Expanding sales through distributors and key accounts across the UK, Ireland and France.</li><li>Developing and executing regional sales strategies aligned to long‑term growth objectives.</li><li>Building strong, trust‑based relationships with customers, partners and industry stakeholders.</li><li>Identifying new commercial opportunities through market analysis, competitor insight and customer feedback.</li><li>Leading concept selling, account planning and customer development initiatives.</li><li>Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure service levels, product availability and operational excellence.</li><li>Providing functional leadership to Sales Representatives and Merchandisers (no disciplinary responsibility).</li></ul><p>This is a role for someone who thrives on being in front of customers, shaping commercial direction, and brings a solid knowledge of the automotive aftermarket.</p><h3>Our ideal candidate</h3><p>We’re looking for someone who brings:</p><ul><li>Senior‑level experience within the automotive aftermarket.</li><li>A strong and proven network across the UK aftermarket distributors and buying groups; French market contacts are a significant advantage.</li><li>Experience acquiring, developing and managing non‑exclusive distributors.</li><li>Strong commercial acumen with confidence in market analysis, concept selling and strategic account planning.</li><li>High levels of motivation, resilience, adaptability and customer focus.</li><li>A willingness to travel extensively across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.</li></ul><p>If you enjoy shaping regional strategy, building meaningful customer relationships and driving commercial growth across multiple markets, this role offers the platform to make a real impact.</p><p>Glen Callum Associates is committed to creating diverse and inclusive workplaces.
