Responsibilities
* Communicate effectively with customers, promoting a positive image of the Council and resolving queries within your remit.
* Complete a wide range of administrative tasks using a suite of tailored software and machinery.
* Perform reprographic work including printing, copying, enveloping, and scanning.
* Communicate and build relationships with external stakeholders and internal customers.
* Identify and recommend improvements within your role or team.
* Review your own work for accuracy and completeness.
* Possesses good communication skills and accurate attention to detail.
* Educated to GCSE / NVQ2 standard or equivalent, including English and Maths.
* Keen to learn and able to juggle priorities effectively, often with conflicting demands.
* Caring and helpful and able to work as part of a team.
* Customer focused and has a can‑do attitude.
Qualifications

* Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Working Arrangements
This is a 6 month secondment / fixed‑term contract, working part time 25 hours per week. Salary is pro‑rata.
Fixed desk policy: the successful candidate is required to be in the office 5 days a week due to business need and the nature of tasks and workload.
