About the Role
Join a leading Growth Marketing & Insights team as a B2B Applied Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in driving data-informed marketing decisions. This role sits within the B2B Applied Analytics team, supporting marketing stakeholders with actionable insights on performance, channel effectiveness, and audience engagement.
You’ll combine analytical expertise, hands-on data tools, and strong communication skills to help optimise marketing strategies and contribute directly to pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse performance across B2B marketing channels (paid media, email, ABM, events, web), identifying key drivers of engagement and conversion
• Support full-funnel analysis, including pipeline contribution, MQL/MQA performance, and conversion rates
• Develop and maintain measurement frameworks for campaigns, channels, and audiences
• Deliver actionable insights to inform budget allocation, planning, and optimisation strategies
• Build and manage dashboards and reports (primarily in Power BI)
• Partner with Marketing Operations and Campaign teams on planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis
• Contribute to attribution modelling and incrementality analysis to assess true marketing impact
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support in-flight campaign optimisation and stakeholder queries
• Improve data quality and consistency across marketing systems
• Drive automation and scalability in reporting and insight delivery
• Communicate insights through clear storytelling and data visualisation tailored to different audiences
Requirements
• 8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing analytics or performance measurement
• Strong understanding of demand generation, paid media, and ABM measurement
• Proven experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboarding
• Familiarity with platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong SQL and Excel skills (Python or R is a plus)
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with attribution models, experimentation, or incrementality testing
• Interest in automation, AI-driven analytics, and emerging marketing technologies
