Clayton Park Bakery also run a van sales operation across the North West.
More About the Role
This job involves working within the wrap line department and assisting the high care manager with the day to day running of the department.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
1. Working on the Ulma flow wrap machine.
2. Ensuring product quality when wrapping.
3. Ensuring that food safety and hygiene is kept to the required industry standards.
4. Ensuring all aspects of the cleaning routines are adhered to.
5. Following and signing off weekly and daily hygiene schedules.
6. Adhering to metal detection regulations and maintaining high paperwork standards.
7. Dealing with heavy workloads associated with high volume food manufactory.

8. Ability to prioritise actions and decisions based on production requirements, time and customer needs.
9. Ability to demonstrate sound leadership whilst working constructively alongside all others and departments.
10. Ability to work in conjunction with the Senior Management Team and on own initiative where required.
11. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
12. Must be prepared to work flexible hours to meet changing demands of the business.
13. Willingness to support all areas of the business as required.
14. Candidates must be able to demonstrate understanding of, acceptance and commitment to the underlying principles of equal opportunities.
