Job Title: Resource Base Teacher (Mainstream Primary) Location: Solihull Salary: Paid to Scale About the Role We are seeking a knowledgeable and committed Resource Base Teacher to lead a small specialist provision within a fully inclusive mainstream primary school. This is a key role at a time of significant national SEND reform. The successful candidate will help shape high-quality provision aligned with the government’s “Every Child Achieving and Thriving” Schools White Paper, ensuring pupils receive effective, inclusive support. You will work with pupils with a range of additional needs (e.g. autism, speech and language needs, SEMH), supporting access to a broad, ambitious curriculum and facilitating integration into mainstream learning where appropriate.
