Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm
Salary: £33,468 - £34,399 per year
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join the East Kilbride Housing Team within Housing Services.
Responsibilities
As a Housing Officer you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of housing services to our customers, including maintaining a good understanding of current issues and legislation in relation to homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery and dealing with anti‑social behaviour.
Qualifications
• Excellent IT skills and the ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively. • Ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities required in delivering a quality service. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of agencies.
