Sales Administrator – Enderby
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our well-established, family-run client based in Enderby. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability within a friendly and supportive team environment.
Shifts
• Monday – Friday
• 34 hours per week
• 9:00am – 5:00pm (Monday to Thursday)
• 9:00am – 4:00pm (Friday)
Salary
• £32,000 per annum

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Sales Administrator, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Inputting customer sales orders onto the internal system
• Raising and processing purchase orders
• Liaising with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
• Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Meeting customers on site when required
• Managing orders from enquiry through to completion
• Analysing sales data and updating internal records
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Sales Administrator, you will need:
• Previous administration experience (sales administration desirable)
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good IT skills and confidence using systems
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well within a team
