Your Role
As a Cybersecurity Director in our consulting practice, you will lead strategic engagements that help clients navigate complex security challenges, build resilience, and transform their digital trust capabilities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape cybersecurity strategies, deliver impactful solutions, and grow our consulting footprint across industries.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading business development efforts: proposals, bids, client pitches, and event hosting.
* Driving internal practice development: practice architecture, whitepapers, operations, and recruitment.
* Mentoring high‑performing teams and delivering excellence in client engagement.
* Applying deep technical expertise in cloud security, identity & access management, threat intelligence, and risk management to solve complex client challenges.
Your Profile
Preferred qualifications:
* Certified in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CISA) or equivalent.
* Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Consulting background with proven ability to sell and deliver consulting solutions.
* Business development revenue generation (~£2m for Director level). Current experience in a major consulting firm or consulting background.
* Experience in proposition building and delivery.

Remuneration includes a flexible benefits package and a variable element dependent on grade and performance.
