Were looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Banbury team, specialising in industrial temporary recruitment. Youll be trained to become a full 360 consultant, learning how to manage both clients and candidates from day one.
This is a fast-paced role where youll develop valuable skills in sales, negotiation and people management, all while being supported by an experienced team.
What youll be doing:
* Speaking with candidates daily and matching them to suitable roles
* Supporting existing client accounts with staffing needs
* Learning how to win new business and build client relationships
* Filling vacancies quickly to meet client requirements
* Managing bookings, compliance and onboarding processes
* Working towards targets and developing your own desk over time

* Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people
