Social Housing & Decarbonisation
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planned works across multiple sites in the Coalville area, with time split between site visits and office-based coordination.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage retrofit and decarbonisation workstreams across social housing projects.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
3. Lead and support site teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
4. Coordinate schedules, resources, and reporting across multiple locations.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

6. Social housing retrofit programmes
7. Net zero and decarbonisation initiatives
8. Multi-stream delivery across planned works
👤 Candidate Profile:
9. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the social housing sector
10. Strong knowledge of net zero and decarbonisation strategies
11. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
12. Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively
