A rare opportunity for a Part-time Finance Assistant has come up in Cambridge, working for a fantastic business based near Cambridge North. This is a busy and varied role, focused around accounts payable and receivable, along with supporting with the smooth running of the finance department. Duties will include: Manage financial transactions and queries Day to day recording and reporting of income including invoicing Manage the purchase ledger from purchase orders through to payment of suppliers Input banking transactions and reconcile Prepare year end files for auditors Accounts payable and accounts receivable Credit control Data input and project work when required Continuous improvement around processesWe're looking for someone who is proactive, a good organiser, has high attention to detail and is a team player.
