Role: IT Project Manager
Location: Milton Keynes ~ 2-3 days weekly
Salary: Up to £75,000 ~ Flex for the right person.
Overview:
We are currently collaborating with a leading hospitality/retail organisation who have been rapidly growing. They are seeking an experienced project manager to join their team and deliver projects across their Customer Data Platform, CRM systems and Website.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the successful coordination and delivery of business and technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
2. Consistently demonstrate exceptional project management and delivery skills.
3. Assist in defining project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
4. Develop detailed project plans to establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
5. Prepare and distribute status reports to IT leadership and key stakeholders.
6. Manage stakeholder relationships and project interdependencies, coordinating with multiple external suppliers for specialized skills.
7. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and processes.
