The Role:
As Sous Chef, you will:
* Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
* Help develop and deliver creative, high-quality dishes.
* Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards.
* Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff.
* Work collaboratively to uphold the hotel's excellent reputation for food.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up.
* A passion for using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations.
